ForgedMod is an online platform that acts as an intermediary, providing third-party creators (hereinafter, “Sellers”) with a space for the publication, promotion, and commercialization of digital content (mods) for Assetto Corsa, and allowing end users (hereinafter, “Customers”) to acquire such content.
Terms of Use
Access to and use of the website grants the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of this Legal Notice, as well as the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy in force at any given time.
Intellectual and Industrial Property
All content of the website (including, but not limited to, brand, logo, design, structure, and code) is owned by forgedmod.com or used under the appropriate licenses.
The digital content (mods) published on the platform is the exclusive property of their respective Sellers, who guarantee that they hold all necessary intellectual property, industrial, or other rights required for its exploitation and commercialization.
Liability
ForgedMod acts solely as an intermediary in making digital content available. It is not responsible for the content, quality, legality, or accuracy of the mods published by Sellers, without prejudice to any review or moderation activities it may carry out.
Furthermore, ForgedMod shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of content acquired by Customers, nor for any breaches by Sellers.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from access to or use of the website shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
